Global Chauffeur provides ground transportation booking services connecting passengers with professional chauffeurs worldwide.

• Must be 18+ to create account
• Accurate information required
• Account security is your responsibility
• One account per person
• Commercial use requires corporate account

• Prices quoted at booking are binding
• Payment processed at booking or completion
• All major credit cards accepted
• Corporate billing available
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

• Cancellation policies vary by service type

  • • Airport transfers: Cancel 1 hour before for full refund
  • • City rides: Cancel within 5 minutes of booking
  • • Hourly service: Cancel 24 hours before
• No-shows forfeit payment

Users must:

• Treat chauffeurs with respect
• Not damage vehicles
• Not engage in illegal activities
• Follow chauffeur instructions
• Not bring prohibited items

We require chauffeurs to:

• Maintain professional standards
• Follow traffic laws
• Respect passenger privacy
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Report any issues immediately

• All vehicles commercially insured
• Minimum $1M liability coverage
• Not liable for indirect damages
• Claims process available
• Dispute resolution procedures

• Services subject to availability
• Right to refuse service
• Service may be limited in some areas
• Force majeure exceptions apply

• All content is proprietary
• Trademarks protected
• No unauthorized use permitted
