An additional Meet and Greet service is available on request.
Chauffeurs arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time at your office, hotel or residence and will advise that he or she have arrived. The chauffeurs will assist passengers with their luggage and should the weather be inclement, ensure the passengers are protected from the elements to chauffeur vehicle.

TaxiMATE™ is a booking service that allows us to confirm, amend or cancel bookings with ease. Booking confirmations are e-mailed to the client, this shows pick up date, time, locations and chauffeur details. The exact confirmation will also be sent to the chauffeur in question. It is precise and without fuss, overcomplicated text or jargon.
